A brand new treatment in-clinic – Monopolar Radio Frequency
Here at The Calla Clinic, I work hard to make sure that I offer a number of effective, high quality and innovative treatments to my patients that tackle a range of different skincare concerns for them. Last month, I purchased a brand new Radio Frequency Monopolar 4D skin lifting machine for the clinic – an exciting new addition to the treatments I offer!
Radio Frequency energy treatments involve safely applying electrical energy to the skin to heat the area (my new RF machine directly penetrates 7mm under the skin) and help to stimulate the production of collagen in order to tighten and rejuvenate the skin naturally. Radio Frequency treatments can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by skin laxity and are most commonly used to treat the neck, jawline, mid-face, cheeks, under the eyes and around the forehead. It’s also really effective on the chest, arms and legs for advanced skin tightening.
Like so many of the treatments that I offer here at The Calla Clinic, Radio Frequency skin lifting treatments are popular with both my male and female patients, thanks to the effectiveness of the procedure and the limited downtime post-treatment. Some patients experience mild redness after a Radiofrequency procedure, but this is relatively short lived and patients can return to work and their normal activities very soon after their treatment.
Just like the other non-surgical aesthetic procedures I offer, I insist on a pre-treatment consultation with every patient prior to administering a Radio Frequency treatment so that I can make sure that it is a safe and appropriate option for them, and will effectively tackle their particular skincare concerns.
