A consultation is essential before booking a treatment to ensure we fully understand your goals, assess your suitability for the procedure, and provide personalised advice for safe and effective results.

A consultation is an essential step in your treatment journey, as it allows you to ask any questions and gain a thorough understanding of your options. It provides a chance to discuss your goals, learn about the recommended treatments, and ensure you feel confident and informed. Importantly, there is no pressure to commit to a treatment during the consultation, our focus is on providing guidance and ensuring you feel comfortable with your decision. Typically, your consultation will last 30-60 minutes, depending on the range of concerns you have.

To book a consultation, a £25 deposit is required. This deposit is redeemable against the cost of a treatment if you choose to proceed. If you decide not to go ahead, the £25 will cover the cost of the consultation.

The skin analysis is a 60-minute appointment with Dr Harriett our skin specialist. You will receive a personalised written skin treatment plan tailored to your needs and a skincare guide to support your skin journey. The consultation includes a thorough assessment of your skin, using advanced Observ and Opatra devices to analyse key parameters and provide objective insights. These tools alongside Dr Harriett’s expert knowledge help guide precise recommendations to achieve the best results for you

The skin analysis consultation with Dr Harriett costs £100, with £50 redeemable against recommended skincare products. It also includes a personalized written treatment plan and skincare guide to support your skin journey. Repeat skin analysis appointments cost £50 and this is redeemable against recommended skincare products.

We do not offer walk-in appointments; all appointments must be pre-arranged to ensure you receive the dedicated time and care.

We have two parking spaces available directly in front of the clinic, and there is also free roadside parking opposite the clinic for your convenience.

We accept cash, bank transfer and all most credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.
