Loyalty Card T&Cs
- Patients earn 1 loyalty point for every £200 spent on treatments.
- Five (5) loyalty points may be redeemed for £25 off a future treatment.
- Loyalty point discounts must be redeemed within 12 months of being issued.
- Loyalty points are not earned on the purchase of skincare products.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be redeemed against skincare product purchases.
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and may not be shared with friends or relatives.
- Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, including birthday discounts.
- Loyalty discounts and rewards are subject to change or withdrawal at our discretion, without prior notice.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their loyalty card safe. Points cannot be redeemed without presentation of the loyalty card.
